Many thanks to you and your team for presenting such a hugely important
programme. This is undoubtedly the best law programme within the TV media.
Me and my family watch this almost regularly. I tried several days
(about 10 days) to speak to you over phone burt it was very very difficult
to get through.
*Having said that, It would be highly appreciated if you can make time to
answer my following query.*
I got ILR about 6 months ago.Currently I got some opportunity to work
abroad. If I go abroad at this moment, leaving my family here in UK who got
ILR with me, what would be the difficulties to get my british citizenship
when I apply after 12 months? This means that last 6 months of one year
qualifying period, I will live abroad and will continue to live abroad for
another 2 years or so. So it means, from next month to another 2 years, I
will work abroad but will come back to apply for citizenship and go back
again to work(my family will live in UK during this period).
